What is your level of happiness? How do you measure it? And how much does it matter? In this day and age, there is so much pressure on us to be happy all the time. But what does “happy” even mean? And how do you go about achieving it?
In this episode of The Pick Truth Podcast, hosts Dr. Vicky Harris & LaMont Hearn Jr. read and rate some sweet, emotional, weird, and crazy confession stories. The rating ranges from Bell Pepper, Poblano, Jalapeno, Thai Chili, and Reaper. Vicky and LaMont start the conversation by reviewing their experiences for the past week.
In today’s episode, the hosts share the confession of a woman who got a job working at a family-run business. It’s a very easy job, the boss is kind and patient, and she loves the work dearly. However, after getting home to relax, she starts getting anxious and angry for no good reason, to the point where she’s having suicidal thoughts. Find out more in this episode!
They also discuss and rate a woman who, at the age of 26, she already published a book and is well established in her career. She, however, regrets the lack of social relationships in her life. Being successful was what mattered to her most while she neglected social aspects of life. She spends most of her time with books and is very lonely. She doesn’t have friends.
